We recently had the chance to work with photographer Nicole Conner, HRJ Events, Cupcake Blues, Merriment Party Goods, and Tiny Prints to create a fun menu for a New Years themed party for 3 couples. We got to be creative with the food and it was so fun coming up with something that we knew would photograph well and the couples would like.

The Menu

~ Walla Walla onion and parmesean dip with toasted pita chips

~ Dungeness crab cakes with Ravenous remoulade and fresh tomato concasse

~ Lemon and rosemary roasted new potatoe poppers with romesco sauce

~ Pepper bacon wrapped jumbo prawns with seasame sweet chili glaze and organic micro greens

~ Baby kale and local apple salad with toasted almonds and pomegranate dressed with ginger curry vinaigrette

~ Beef tenderloin brochette with citus chive gremolata

~ Forest mushroom risotto with shaved reggiano parmesean

~ Sauteed baby squash with shallot butter

~ Dark chocolate gateau with fresh berries and whipped cream
