You may have heard it through the grapevine, but we’re excited to officially announce that we are going to New Zealand! Our son Nathan moved there this past July and we’re so grateful that we have the opportunity to go travel through the country with him. We have been following Nathan's travels on his Instagram @summit11_media and we're definitely ready to take a few pictures of our own!
We will be gone for two months, but rest assured, Ravenous is in the best hands. Our company has always been a family affair and our daughter Kaija will be stepping in as the “Val” for the time being. Nick Armour, our sous chef, has been with us for 3 years and will be stepping in as the “Dave”. Here at Ravenous we pride ourselves on hiring the best crew. We know that the next couple of months will go by perfectly and we trust our staff to entertain our clients with fresh, local, and organic dishes.
An added benefit of our travels is that we will be tasting new dishes and seeing what we can incorporate into menus. We have always considered traveling to be an integral part of the Ravenous vision. We pick up new ideas everywhere we go and we know that current and future clients will enjoy what we come back with.
